Xmodhub Game Modifier Privacy Protection Guidelines

Through the Xmodhub Game Modifier License and Service Agreement and the Xmodhub Game Modifier Game Privacy Protection Guidelines ("these Guidelines"), we explain to you how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you use the Xmodhub Game Modifier services, as well as the relevant rights you enjoy. These Guidelines form an integral part of the Xmodhub Game Modifier License and Service Agreement.

Before using our services, please carefully read and fully understand all contents of these Guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these Guidelines, you should immediately stop using our services.

1. Personal Information We Collect and Use

During your use of the Xmodhub Game Modifier services, we will collect information that you actively provide when using the services or that is generated because of your use of the services in the following ways, in order to provide and optimize our services and protect the security of your account:

1.1 When you register for or use the Xmodhub Game Modifier services, we will collect your online identity identification information to identify you as our user.

1.2 To satisfy the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and competent authorities, you should provide true identity information for account registration, login, and use. If an account has not completed real-name authentication, we cannot provide services to you. If you still wish to use our products and services, you must complete real-name authentication for the account you currently use for registration and login. During real-name authentication, we will collect your real-name identity information, including your name and ID number. If you refuse to provide real-name identity information, you will be unable to use our services.

1.3 When you use the Xmodhub Game Modifier services, we will collect your log information, such as login logs, item logs, operation information, and similar information, so that you can view your history in the client and so that it may be used for customer service complaint handling.

1.4 To ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of basic functions, optimize product performance, improve your user experience, and protect the security of your account, we will collect information such as your device name, device type, model and version, system version, IP address, device identifier, and network type. In addition, to ensure the secure operation of the software, we will collect your application list, which is used to detect whether malicious software conflicts exist, and process information, which is used to identify abnormal processes, but only while this software is running, and we do not conduct continuous background monitoring.

1.5 When you use the purchase or spending functions of Xmodhub Game Modifier, we will collect information such as your top-up records and consumption records in order to provide services and allow you to query your transaction records. Top-up records and consumption records are sensitive personal information. Collection of the above information is necessary to implement the purchase or spending functions of Xmodhub Game Modifier; otherwise, transactions cannot be completed.

1.6 We may, where you actively provide it, collect your mobile phone number for notifying you of the results of activities in which you participate, fault reports, and feedback and communication concerning matters about which you consult us, or, with your consent, to push information or promotional information that may interest you. You may turn off marketing push notifications through notification management in "Settings".

1.7 If you contact our customer service, we may need you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification to protect the security of your account. To provide services based on your request, after your authorization, manual customer service personnel need to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will, to the greatest extent possible, take technical and management measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your information and use it within the necessary scope. We may also retain your contact information, including the mobile phone number you use or actively provide, your communication records and content with us, and other necessary information, so that we can provide and record customer service.

1.8 We may collect your information through Cookies, identifiers, and related technologies to provide you with a better user experience and protect service security. For how we use Cookies and related technologies, and how you can manage our use of Cookies and related technologies, please see Article 4.

1.9 We will analyze the operation of our products based on the frequency and circumstances of users' use of Xmodhub Game Modifier, fault information, performance information, and similar information, in order to ensure service security, optimize our products, and improve the quality of our services. However, we will use the relevant information for analysis after anonymization or de-identification. We will not combine information stored in our analysis software with the personal identity information you provide.

1.10 Special Notice for the PC Client

When you use Xmodhub Game Modifier through the PC client:

We will request access to your disk files, process information, or system permissions only when a function is triggered, such as when you actively scan local games, modify game data, or verify account security.
We do not conduct background scanning or silently obtain disk, process, or sensitive hardware information.
The purposes for which permissions are obtained are limited to game scanning, which identifies locally installed games; account security, which verifies the device environment; and normal software operation, which loads necessary components.
We will not read your personal files other than game files, such as documents, pictures, videos, or similar files.

1.11 AI Assistant Feature

When you use the AI Assistant feature, in order to provide you with game guide question-and-answer services, we will collect and use your personal information in the following ways:

(1) Query content. The questions you ask the AI Assistant, the instructions you enter, and the related text content. Such content is the basic data necessary to implement the AI question-and-answer function. We will collect and process such content to generate corresponding answers. The above query content will be used for the purpose of sharing with third-party search interfaces as agreed in Article 2 of these Guidelines, so that relevant information can be obtained to assist in generating answers.

(2) Function usage logs. Log information such as the time you use the AI Assistant, number of calls, response duration, model version, and summary information of generated results. This information is used to optimize the product performance of the AI Assistant, improve service quality, and ensure the secure and stable operation of the service.

(3) Interaction data. Your evaluation, feedback, and similar information regarding content generated by the AI Assistant, if any. This information is used to improve the answer quality and user experience of the AI Assistant.

Please note that when you use the AI Assistant, you should not enter or upload content containing your sensitive personal information, such as name, ID number, mobile phone number, or bank account number, trade secrets, or other content that is unsuitable for disclosure. If you actively enter or upload the above content, you shall bear the related risks yourself.

1.12 In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following circumstances, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without obtaining your authorized consent:

Where it is necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations;
Where it is necessary to respond to a public health emergency, or necessary in an emergency to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons;
Where personal information is processed within a reasonable scope for news reporting, public opinion supervision, and similar activities carried out in the public interest;
Where personal information that has been disclosed by the individual or otherwise legally disclosed is processed within a reasonable scope in accordance with laws and regulations;
Where it is necessary for concluding and performing a contract at your request;
Other circumstances provided by laws and regulations.

1.13 Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are continuously updated and developed. If a function or service is not described above and collects your information, we will separately explain to you the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection by means such as page prompts, interaction processes, and website announcements, in order to obtain your consent.

2. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Personal Information

2.1 Sharing of Personal Information

Except for the circumstances agreed in these Guidelines and the Xmodhub Game Modifier License and Service Agreement, we will not actively share your personal information with third parties without your consent. If there are other circumstances in which your personal information is shared, or if you need us to share your personal information with a third party for use beyond the originally authorized purpose, we will obtain your express consent to the above action directly or indirectly through that third party.

Protection of Minors

To better protect the physical and mental health of minors and encourage minors to access the Internet in a healthy way, after suspected consumption by a minor, we will attempt to contact the minor's guardian and inform the guardian of relevant consumption records and other information for reminder, confirmation, and handling.

Third-Party Services

To ensure the secure and stable operation of Xmodhub Game Modifier and implement specific functions, some services in Xmodhub Game Modifier are provided by our affiliates or other third parties. We will prudently select third parties and third-party services, urge the relevant third parties to collect and use your personal information in accordance with these Guidelines or separate agreements reached with you, and take appropriate security technologies and management measures to protect the security of your personal information. Advertising

Xmodhub Game Modifier will provide advertising push services to you. For the purposes of placing advertisements and evaluating and optimizing advertising effectiveness, we need to share part of your de-identified data with advertisers, their agents, and other third-party partners, and require them to strictly comply with our measures and requirements regarding data privacy protection, including but not limited to processing in accordance with data protection agreements, undertakings, and relevant data processing policies, avoiding personal identification, and protecting privacy and security. 2.2 Transfer of Personal Information

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

(1) After obtaining your explicit consent;

(2) In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if a transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new holder to continue to be bound by these Guidelines; otherwise, we will require it to obtain your consent again.

2.3 Public Disclosure of Personal Information

We will not publicly disclose your personal information unless we obtain your separate consent or laws and regulations provide otherwise.

2.4 Legally Exempt Circumstances

In accordance with laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following circumstances, sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information does not require your consent:

(1) Where it is directly related to national security or national defense security;

(2) Where it is directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(3) Where it is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;

(4) Where it is for the purpose of protecting your or another individual's major lawful rights and interests, such as life and property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;

(5) Personal information that you disclose to the public by yourself;

(6) Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information.

3. Storage of Personal Information

3.1 Methods and Period of Information Storage

We will store your information in secure ways, including local storage, databases, and server logs. In general, we will store your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the service purposes or under the conditions provided by laws and regulations. After the foregoing period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information. We determine the storage period for personal information primarily by reference to the following criteria and use the longer of them:

Completion of the business functions you have agreed to use;
Ensuring the security and quality of the services we provide to you;
A longer retention period to which you have agreed;
Whether there are other provisions on retention periods.

3.2 Location of Information Storage

In accordance with laws and regulations, we will store users' personal information collected within China in China. If cross-border transfer is necessary, we will conduct a security assessment in accordance with law and obtain your separate consent.

3.3 Notice When Products or Services Cease Operation

When our products or services cease operation, we will, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, notify you 30 days in advance by means such as announcements and push notifications, and delete or anonymize your personal information.

4. Cookie

4.1 We may obtain and use your information through COOKIES or similar technologies and store such information as log information. By using COOKIES or similar technologies, we provide you with a simple, convenient, and personalized online experience. A COOKIE is a small amount of data sent from a web server to your browser and stored on your computer hard drive.

4.2 We use our own COOKIES or similar technologies for the following purposes, subject to the specific services and functions:

(1) Remembering your identity. COOKIES or similar technologies help us identify you as our registered user or save preferences or other information you provide to us;

(2) Analyzing your use of our services. We may use COOKIES or similar technologies to understand what activities you conduct when using our services or which services are most popular;

(3) Advertising optimization. COOKIES or similar technologies help us provide advertisements that may interest you more based on your information, rather than general advertising.

4.3 While using COOKIES or similar technologies for the above purposes, we may provide non-personally identifiable information collected through COOKIES or similar technologies to advertisers and other partners in aggregated form, for analyzing how you and other users use our services and for advertising services.

4.4 Our services may contain COOKIES or similar technologies placed by advertisers and other partners. These COOKIES or similar technologies may collect non-personally identifiable information related to you for purposes such as analyzing how users use such services, sending you advertisements that may interest you, or evaluating the effectiveness of advertising services. The collection and use of such information by these third-party COOKIES or similar technologies are not governed by this policy, but by their own information protection statements. We are not responsible for third-party COOKIES or similar technologies. We recommend that you read their policies. You may manage such Cookies through browser settings or opt-out mechanisms provided by third parties.

5. Information Security

5.1 Security Protection Measures

The technical measures we use include, but are not limited to, firewalls, encryption such as SSL, de-identification or anonymization, and access control measures. In addition, we will continuously strengthen the security capabilities of the software installed on your device. For example, we will complete part of the information encryption work locally on your device to strengthen secure transmission; we will understand the application information installed on your device and running process information to prevent viruses, Trojan horses, and other malicious programs.

We have established dedicated management systems, processes, and organizations to protect personal information security. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who may access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations and undergo audits, and personnel who violate such obligations will be punished in accordance with rules. We will also review such management systems, processes, and organizations to prevent unauthorized personnel from accessing, using, or disclosing users' information without authorization.

We recommend that you fully pay attention to the protection of personal information when using products and services. We will also provide multiple security functions to assist you in protecting the security of your personal information.

5.2 Security Incident Handling Measures

If a security incident such as personal information leakage occurs, we will activate an emergency response plan to prevent the security incident from expanding. After a security incident occurs, we will notify you by announcement, push notification, email, or other means of the basic circumstances of the security incident, the handling measures and remedial measures we will take or have taken, and our suggestions for your response. If it is difficult to notify individuals one by one, we will issue warnings by announcement or other means.

6. Your Rights

6.1 You have the right to query, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information, and to export a copy of your personal information. You may view your account information, consumption records, and similar information through the "Personal Center".

6.2 Change of Authorization

You may change the scope of authorization for our collection and use of your personal information by deleting information, turning on or off specific functions of Xmodhub Game Modifier, or turning on or off device permissions obtained by specific functions. Specific permissions may vary depending on the device model and system version used by the user.

After you withdraw authorization, you may be unable to use the function corresponding to that authorization, but this will not affect the use of other functions. Your withdrawal of authorization will not affect the validity of personal information processing activities already conducted based on your authorization before the withdrawal.

Some collection and use of personal information correspond to the basic functions of our services. If you wish to withdraw the authorization for collection and use of such personal information, this may cause us to be unable to provide services to you. In this circumstance, if you still wish to withdraw the relevant authorization, you may apply for account cancellation to achieve this purpose.

6.3 Account Cancellation

You may apply for account cancellation through the channel separately notified in Xmodhub Game Modifier. When you apply for account cancellation, we will verify your identity, account security status, and cancellation conditions. Please carefully read the instructions in the product cancellation process. After account cancellation is completed, except as otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or this Agreement, the personal information under that account will be deleted or anonymized, and relevant services previously associated with that account will no longer be associated. Once the account cancellation is completed, it cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution.

7. Changes

We may revise these Guidelines from time to time. When the personal information collection and use rules and other matters provided by laws and regulations described in these Guidelines change, we will prompt you in an appropriate manner about the changed Guidelines when a version is updated. For material changes, we will provide prominent notice by pop-up window, email, announcement, or other means. Please carefully read the changed Privacy Protection Guidelines or guideline contents. Your continued use of our services indicates that you agree that we collect, process, or use your personal information in accordance with the updated Privacy Protection Guidelines.

8. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and continue to explore better ways to protect minors' personal information.

If you are a minor under the age of 14 ("child"), please read these Guidelines accompanied by your parents or other guardians and use our services only after obtaining guardian consent. We will provide special protection for children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Provisions on the Cyber Protection of Children's Personal Information.

If you are the legal guardian of a minor, please pay attention to whether the minor under your guardianship uses our services or provides personal information only after obtaining your authorized consent.
