Fishing Bubble Notifier

Fishing Bubble Notifier is a simple SMAPI mod that periodically checks all reachable locations (like the Beach, Town, and Forest) for active fishing bubbles.
When new bubbles appear, it displays a small message such as:

New Fish Bubbles found in Beach: South-East
Features:

• Scans all maps connected to your current location via warps.
• Avoids spam and performance issues by checking every 2 seconds.
• Works in both vanilla and modded maps with warp connections.
• Optional outdoor filter for better performance.
